Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities at residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, planning, coordination, manpower management, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Plan daily and weekly activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Check drawings, dimensions, levels, and specifications before execution.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on work status.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the Stores and Purchase teams to ensure timely availability.
- Check quantities and measurements of executed work for contractor billing.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with consultants/Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Monitor work progress against the approved project schedule and highlight delays.




- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution and avoid clashes with civil works.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, inspections, and site documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectification of defective or incomplete work.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, cost control, and project completion.
- Ensure works are completed within the required time, quality, and cost parameters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 815 years of relevant experience in real estate/residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, waterproofing, and building construction.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in contractor and manpower management.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
