- ● Tech Organise and support a team of 3–5 tech developers and drive end-to-end project delivery.

- ● Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter/other).

- ● Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide team members in writing clean, maintainable code.

- ● Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software.

- ● Maintain documentation, manage releases, and ensure timely project completion.

- ● Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices

- Required Skills & Experience

- ● 3–6 years of experience in PHP web development, with at least 2 years in a team management or senior developer role.





- ● Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- ● Experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- ● Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, and SOLID principles.

- ● Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React is a plus).

- ● Good knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, cloud handling is a plus)

- ● Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
