Why You'll Love It Here:
1. Tech Systems that run at Scale: From AI to real-time data infra, you’ll work on tech that’s ahead of the curve and solve problems that truly matter.
2. Build one of India’s Leading Fintech Platforms: We’re not just disrupting finance – we’re shaping how billions of Indians access wealth.
3. Own It. Drive It. Scale It: You’ll have the freedom to lead, the resources to build, and the prospect to leave your mark.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, development, and operationalization of AI-powered security platforms, AI agents, and automation workflows for enterprise security processes.
- Build and integrate AI agents that automate security use cases such as code reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, attack surface management, red and blue team related activities, security reviews, control validation, detection engineering, soc alert triaging, threat analysis, evidence collection, risk triage, compliance support, operational reporting etc
- Develop secure, scalable solutions using strong software engineering practices, scripting, APIs, workflow automation, orchestration, and integration with enterprise security platforms.
- Implement security controls for AI platforms, AI agents, LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, MCP servers, plugins, connectors, and third-party AI tools used across the organization.
- Operationalize the enterprise AI security governance framework, including AI security architecture reviews, control assessments, risk acceptance workflows, exception tracking, and ongoing compliance validation.
- Define reusable security control frameworks and reference patterns for AI agents, AI-driven business solutions, model integrations, prompt workflows, data access, tool invocation, and autonomous actions.
- Conduct security architecture and design reviews for AI solutions built by internal teams, providing practical guidance to make them secure-by-design.
- Assess and mitigate AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool use, model misuse, sensitive data exposure, adversarial abuse, supply chain weaknesses, and unsafe integrations.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to embed authentication, authorization, data protection, logging, monitoring, guardrails, rate limits, approval workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls into AI systems.
- Create security standards, checklists, review playbooks, reusable templates, and automation accelerators for AI security governance and engineering adoption.
- Drive continuous monitoring and control assurance for AI platforms, including telemetry, audit trails, policy enforcement, incident readiness, and measurable security posture improvements.
- Act as a technical lead for AI security engineering initiatives, influencing tool choices, secure architecture patterns, and the long-term roadmap for AI security within the CISO organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7 to 10 years of mandatory hands-on experience across software development, security engineering, scripting, automation, and practical usage of AI platforms.
- Strong developer mindset with experience building production-grade solutions using languages such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or similar, along with API integrations and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on scripting and automation expertise using Python, PowerShell, Bash, workflow engines, orchestration tools, or low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Practical experience with AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, prompt workflows, agent orchestration, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, APIs, plugins, connectors,
and enterprise automation patterns.
- Strong understanding of AI security risks and controls, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, insecure output handling, excessive permissions, unsafe tool invocation, model misuse, and third-party AI risks.
- Experience implementing security controls for AI platforms and AI-driven solutions developed by other teams, with the ability to translate risk requirements into practical engineering guardrails.
- Working knowledge of AI security governance, secure AI architecture reviews, model and agent risk assessment, control frameworks, policy enforcement, exception management, and control assurance.
- Hands-on familiarity with securing MCP servers, agent tools, enterprise connectors, APIs, secrets, service accounts, data access paths, and third-party AI services.
- Strong foundation in application security, cloud security, IAM, API security, data protection, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices.
- Ability to design secure architectures for AI agents and automation workflows that balance speed, usability, privacy, compliance, and security requirements.
- Proven ability to work with engineering, product, platform, data science, legal, privacy, risk, and compliance teams to operationalize AI security at enterprise scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert complex AI security risks into clear engineering actions, governance decisions, and leadership-level recommendations.
- Relevant certifications in security, cloud, AI, or secure software engineering such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS/GCP security certifications, or AI security certifications are preferred.
