Qualification: Any Graduation

Develop, implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, standards and safety programs across the organization/site.

- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS statutory requirements, regulations and legal standards.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, risk assessments, safety inspections and EHS compliance audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Monitor EHS performance indicators including safety observations, near misses,



incident rates and other key EHS KPIs.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, awareness programs and emergency response drills.
- Ensure effective implementation of PPE, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, working-at-height and confined-space safety procedures.
- Manage contractor safety and ensure compliance with organizational/site EHS standards.
- Drive fire safety, emergency preparedness and disaster management initiatives.
- Monitor environmental compliance including hazardous waste, waste management, emissions and effluent management.
- Maintain EHS documentation, statutory registers, inspection reports, audit records and compliance reports.
