Role Description The Senior Dotnet Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications that support the platform’s learning and mentoring experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing codebases, collaborating with product and instructional teams to translate educational requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring reliability, performance, and security of the systems. The role will involve code reviews, mentoring junior developers,



contributing to architectural decisions, and maintaining documentation and best practices for the development team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that advances the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

- Strong programming foundations, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development using .NET technologies, including .NET Core.
- Proficiency in building web applications with ASP.NET MVC and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/relational databases, and application performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures and follow clean code and testing practices.
- Experience mentoring developers, participating in code reviews, and collaborating in agile teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
