Premium Transfers is a London luxury chauffeur and private hire operator, licensed by Transport for London and Hertsmere Borough Council. Our fleet runs from executive saloons and all-electric Mercedes EQ models to Rolls-Royce, serving corporate travellers, airport transfers, hotels, weddings, events and film and TV productions.

We're hiring a senior Digital Marketing Manage r in our Mohali office to grow traffic, app installs and bookings in London's crowded luxury chauffeur market. Dozens of operators bid on the same airport and corporate search terms, so we need someone who has already won in competitive markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy and budget - Own a 12-month digital marketing plan for our website and app, tied to traffic, booking and revenue targets - Track competitors' rankings, ads, pricing and offers, and respond fast - Manage the monthly ad budget, shifting spend to what delivers bookings

SEO, AEO and GEO

- Own organic search for high-intent terms such as Heathrow, Gatwick and London airport transfers
- Make Premium Transfers the recommended answer in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and voice assistants
- Build answer-led content, schema markup and brand citations, and track our visibility in AI search
- Keep our Google Business Profile, citations and reviews strong and consistent

Paid media

- Plan and optimise Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
- Keep cost per booking on target against competitors bidding on the same terms

App marketing

- Grow app installs, active users and repeat bookings on iOS and Android
- Own app store optimisation and run install and re-engagement campaigns
- Set up app attribution and in-app tracking with Firebase and AppsFlyer or Adjust

Social media marketing (SMM)

- Own social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Build a premium brand presence with short-form video,



partnerships and paid social
- Measure social by traffic, leads and bookings, not just followers

Website, brand and reporting

- Lead marketing on our new website launch: SEO, content, migration and conversion
- Manage agencies, designers and developers to deadline and quality
- Own tracking in GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console, and report to UK leadership on traffic, installs, bookings, cost per booking and ROAS

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 8+ years in digital marketing, including 3+ years leading performance marketing for a consumer brand
- A track record of growing website traffic and bookings in a highly competitive market, with numbers to back it up
- Proven app marketing experience: ASO, install campaigns and retention
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
- Advanced technical and content SEO, plus hands-on AEO and GEO experience - Proven social media marketing results, organic and paid
- Expert in GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Firebase, Semrush or Ahrefs
- Experience marketing to UK customers, with excellent written British English
- Comfortable working with UK leadership across time zones
- A commercial mindset: you talk about cost per booking and margin, not just clicks

Nice to have: experience in chauffeur, ride-hailing, travel, hospitality or luxury; local SEO for a major city; a website migration (ideally Next.js); LinkedIn B2B advertising; CRO tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
