About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure & Kubernetes to support, enhance, and maintain the IAMora platform. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Python application development, chatbot technologies, Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, API integrations, and DevOps practices. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production environments, troubleshooting critical issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining operational excellence across the IAMora ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Provide L2/L3 support for the IAMora platform, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Monitor system health,



investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes to improve platform stability.
- Design, develop, and enhance chatbot capabilities using Python, FastAPI, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Adaptive Cards.
- Integrate IAMora with Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Graph APIs, MuleSoft services, and enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain secure API integrations to support business workflows and identity-related processes.
- Deploy, manage, and support containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable, resilient, and highly available platform operations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and release management processes.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Bicep.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, product, and application teams to implement platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, integration, and cloud-related issues across development and production environments.
- Support identity and access management integrations and automation initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, deployment guides, and support artifacts.
- Participate in on-call support activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Python application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Expertise in Microsoft Bot Framework and chatbot development.
- Experience designing conversational AI solutions and enterprise chatbot platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management systems, and authentication workflows.




- Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise services.
- Experience working with MuleSoft integrations and API-led connectivity architectures.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API security, and integration patterns.
- Experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes administration, deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, and incident management capabilities.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices.
- Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, logging, and platform observability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
