Technical Lead

10–15 years of experience with a strong combination of:

Technical Leadership + Full Stack Development + Node.js + Databricks + Hands-on Coding The candidate should not be purely a people manager. Strong recent hands-on coding experience in Node.js and Databricks/PySpark is essential.

Full Stack Development

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on development.
- Strong experience in Full Stack application development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js or Angular.

Backend – Node.js

- Robust hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming,



event-driven architecture, authentication, and API security.
- Experience with Express.js/NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Strong coding and debugging skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Databricks / Data Engineering

- Strong hands-on coding experience with Databricks .
- Experience with PySpark/Python and SQL .
- Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows .
- Good understanding of Delta Lake, Spark, Databricks Workflows/Jobs .
- Experience working with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of data modeling and performance optimization.
