Sr. Developer – Identity One Manager (One Identity Manager & VB.NET)

Location-Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Areas of Focus

- Development and support of One Identity Manager solutions.
- Implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration and administration.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Active Directory Management.
- Development and maintenance of integrations, APIs, and custom applications.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using One Identity Manager.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define solution architecture, technical components, and system integrations.

- Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap.
- Develop and support integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, and other enterprise systems.

- Implement authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard protocols.
- Develop and maintain REST-based integrations and APIs.
- Support application deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance activities.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure identity management practices.

Qualifications & Required Skills-

- Solid experience working with One Identity Manager development and administration.
- Hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols including SAML,



OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API gateway technologies.

- Strong development skills with VB.NET.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server development and database management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
