Role Description The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for leading visual design across brand, digital, and campaign assets. This role includes developing creative concepts, designing social media graphics, campaign collateral, event materials, presentations, and marketing templates that align with client brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

The Senior

Designer collaborates closely with account managers, strategists, copywriters, and social media specialists to translate communication goals into compelling visual stories. Day-to-day tasks include managing multiple design projects, producing high-quality layouts and visual systems, refining design outputs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves mentoring junior designers,



maintaining design standards, and contributing to creative brainstorming and pitches.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills across digital and print, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar).
- Experience designing for social media, influencer campaigns, PR materials, and event collateral.
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and communication objectives into clear, consistent visual identities and campaign assets.
- Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work in brand, campaign, and digital design; experience in agency or marketing environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with basic motion graphics, video layout, or interactive design is an advantage.
