Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.

- Experience: 5–10 years in design engineering, with proven project leadership.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD).

- Knowledge: Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate designs for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

- Prior work in Control Panel company will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities

- Manage design projects from concept through prototype, testing, and commissioning.

- Ensure designs meet regulatory standards.

- Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality assurance, sales).

- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.

- Guide junior engineers and foster professional growth.

- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
