Roles and Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers, and platforms within CyberArk Core PAS for password vaulting and privileged session management.

- Analyze, implement, test, and deploy minor CyberArk enhancements and configuration changes.

- Plan and execute CyberArk Core PAS patch updates and version upgrades, including validation and post-upgrade testing.

- Resolve L2 and L3 support tickets, triage production incidents, and restore service availability within SLA requirements.

- Identify repetitive operational activities and process gaps, then develop automation and service improvements to reduce ticket volumes and manual effort.

- Create and maintain SOPs for L1 service desk teams and provide mentoring to security analysts and associates.

- Support roster-based shifts and participate in cross-skilling across IAM operations services.

Skills Required:

- 4 - 7 years of experience,



including at least 4 - 5 years supporting CyberArk Core PAS or comparable privileged access management environments.

- Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk Core PAS and privileged access management environments.

- Robust operational knowledge of CyberArk Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager capabilities, including account and server onboarding.

- Experience handling L2/L3 incidents, production support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.

- Ability to automate privileged account onboarding and offboarding processes and support integrations through available platform interfaces.

Good to Have

- Scripting experience for custom PSM password plug-ins and PAM process automation.

- IAM experience, including identity and access management operations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
