Salary: Minimum ₹25,000/- per month, including PF, ESI etc. Final package depends on interview.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise a team of minimum 5 maintenance engineers; allocate calls and monitor work quality.
2. Ensure all complaints are attended and closed within SLA timelines; handle escalations.
3. Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, UPS and other peripherals.
4. Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate with OEMs for warranty repairs and replacements.
5. Manage and support network infrastructure – switches, routers, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling.
6.



Support Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
7. Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain asset inventory and call registers.
8. Act as the main contact for the client and prepare daily/monthly service reports.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Graduate any stream or Diploma in Engg + certificate course in hardware engineering
2. Minimum 10 years in desktop and network support, including team-lead experience.
3. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
4. Good knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, switches and routers.
5. Experience in AMC/FMS projects, preferably at government sites.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication and team-handling skills.
