Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions and provide professional, friendly and efficient support .
- Assist customers with queries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and services .
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions based on process guidelines.
- Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues and guide customers appropriately.
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process and update customer information accurately in the system.




- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Maintain required quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards .
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and data-security requirements.
- Deliver a consistently customer-centric experience on every interaction.

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
