Role Description The Senior Customer Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering advanced technical support to clients across networking and cloud environments. This role includes diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and escalating problems when necessary.

The Senior Customer

Engineer will configure and maintain customer systems, collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions, and document incidents and resolutions for continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring system performance, advising clients on best practices,



and contributing to knowledge base articles and support processes to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Networking knowledge for configuring, maintaining, and securing network infrastructures.
