Key Responsibilities

- Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts and campaign narratives.
- Develop high-impact copy across Digital, Social Media, Print, OOH, Radio, TVCs, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Websites, Brochures, Presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Create powerful campaign themes, taglines, messaging frameworks, brand tonality, and storytelling that align with communication objectives.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all consumer touchpoints and media platforms.
- Translate strategic briefs into impactful creative concepts
- Craft brand tonality, taglines, and campaign hooks
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers,



Strategists, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver cohesive and award-worthy campaigns.
- Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, cultural insights, digital innovations, and government communication initiatives to produce relevant and impactful campaigns.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Content Writer/Copywriter in an advertising or integrated creative agency.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating campaign-led thinking across Digital, Print, OOH, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Radio, Social Media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience conceptualizing and writing for large-scale integrated campaigns rather than platform-specific content alone.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable command of English (Hindi writing proficiency is an added advantage).
- Experience handling Government Ministries, PSUs, public sector campaigns, or large corporate brands will be highly preferred.
- Experience managing/leading a team.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, communication strategy, and content marketing principles.
- Proficiency in working within fast-paced agency environments while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
