Gretis India is looking to hire an accomplished Senior Consultant to direct operations for a State Project Management Unit (SPMU) supporting the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) initiative.

Qualification:

•⁠ Master’s degree or equivalent Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management (MBA), Public Policy, Agri-business, Project Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in developmental, infrastructure, or public program implementation initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in agricultural consulting, media, market research, analytics, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day SPMU operations and ensure target deadlines are met.




- Work with the Team Lead and guide junior consultants across IT, data, and agriculture domains.
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, and field partners.
- Track infrastructure milestones, fund utilization, and scheme adoption.
- Analyze project data and prepare progress reports and presentations.

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of project management life-cycles.
- Solid aptitude for stakeholder coordination and inter-agency communication.
- Sharp analytical and technical reporting abilities.
