Role: Senior Business Analyst (US Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly experiencedBusiness Analyst with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholdersacross multiple plan areas (HMK, MN, ND, WY) to identify business needs, driverequirement analysis, and support strategic initiatives.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled andmotivated Business Analyst with US healthcare experience to join our CustomerService Product Engineering team. The Business Analyst acts as a crucial linkbetween business needs and technology solutions focused on improving customerservice within the US healthcare landscape. The ideal candidate has stronganalytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and asolid understanding of business operations and IT systems.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders toidentify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and define projectobjectives and scope.
- Translate business needs into clearand well-structured requirements documentation, including business requirementsdocuments (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories,and use cases.Analyze and document current state processes and identify areasfor improvement
- Lead intake process requirementanalysis, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goalsApply Lean Intake Analysis (Lean IA) Principles to streamline processes andimprove efficiency Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional andnon-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners,developers,



and testers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in testing and validatingnew systems and processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensurethey meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings andprovide regular updates on progress.
- Prioritize requirements andcommunicate findings and recommendations effectively. Identify and mitigateproject risks and issues, escalating appropriately and providingrecommendations and solutions to resolve them.

Required Skills Experience:
- Extensive experience as a BusinessAnalyst in the US Healthcare domain
- Strong understanding of healthcareprocesses, payer operations, and regulatory considerations
- Expertise in intake frameworks,requirement gathering, and process optimization Experience working with Leanmethodologies (Lean IA preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management andcommunication skills
- Ability to work across multiplebusiness units and manage complex requirements
- Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience (typically 8 to 12years of experience) in Business Analysis, preferably within the US healthcareindustry.
- Robust analytical and problem-solvingskills.
- Excellent communication,interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using businessanalysis tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

Preferred (but not mandatory) :

- Experience in customer service orbenefits administration of US Healthcare. Experience working with Pega/Javaapplications.
- Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies.
