Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud network infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, network security, firewall administration, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain Azure and AWS cloud networking infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Azure ExpressRoute and AWS Direct Connect for secure, reliable connectivity.
- Manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), subnets, route tables, and network security rules.
- Design and maintain DMZs, cloud-native firewalls, third-party firewalls, and proxy infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud network performance, investigate alerts, and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot routing issues, latency, packet loss, and network availability problems.
- Use tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, and cloud monitoring solutions for network diagnostics.
- Manage incidents, changes, and problem records using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Ensure incidents and changes are resolved within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain network architecture diagrams, configuration records, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure, security, and cloud operations teams to ensure network stability and security.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in network administration,



cloud networking, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS networking services.
- Solid knowledge of Azure ExpressRoute and AWS Direct Connect.
- Experience with Azure VNet, AWS VPC, routing, subnets, and network connectivity.
- Experience in firewall administration, DMZ configuration, proxy management, and network security.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and iPerf.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator or Azure networking certification.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or equivalent AWS certification.
- Experience supporting global enterprise cloud infrastructure.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline.

Work Requirements

- Ability to work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST to align with the global team’s working hours.
- Willingness to support occasional weekend activities with prior notification.
- Ability to participate in incident management and production support activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in Azure and AWS cloud networking, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, network security, firewall management, and enterprise network troubleshooting will be preferred.
