Job Title: Senior Civil Foreman

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 10 years

Skills: Manpower management, Site supervision, Construction work execution, Material coordination, Team management.

:

 Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at factory and warehouse sites.

 Allocate work to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements.

 Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of labour.

 Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.

 Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

 Ensure proper usage and handling of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

 Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers for timely resolution.

 Ensure completed work is properly inspected and rectification is carried out wherever required.

 Prepare and submit material requirement details as per the approved drawings

 Provide details of tools, equipment, and consumables required for the execution of works.
