- Supervise and manage daily construction activities, including excavation, foundation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.

- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage material procurement, quantity estimation, BOQ, site measurements, and billing activities.

- Monitor project progress, prepare daily site reports, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.





- Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues, resolve construction-related problems, and minimize material wastage.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, construction materials, machinery, and other site resources.

- Maintain project documentation, work schedules, quality records, and site progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures and applicable building regulations.

- Supervise finishing activities, resolve defects, and coordinate final inspections and project handover

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
