We are looking for an experienced Range Chef to run our live grill and BBQ section. You will prepare, marinate and grill a wide range of veg and non-veg items while keeping our quality and presentation standards high.

Responsibilities

- Operate the live grill / BBQ station during service
- Prepare marinades and prep items as per recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and FSSAI guidelines
- Manage stock,



minimize wastage and keep the station clean
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during rush hours

Requirements

- [1 to 3] years of experience in a grill, tandoor or BBQ section
- Knowledge of Indian marinades and grilling techniques
- Diploma or certificate in hotel management or culinary arts (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- Positive teamwork and time management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
