SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – INSIDE SALES

Role: 100% Business Development & Inside Sales

Reporting To: Director – HR & Business Partnering

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior BDE who can independently build and manage an international B2B sales pipeline. The role will focus on identifying prospects, connecting with decision-makers, generating meetings and converting opportunities into business.

We believe in numbers and outcomes — not theories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research target companies, industries and international markets.
- Identify decision-makers and build prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant Quadrantech services.
- Manage the complete funnel: Research Outreach Meeting Opportunity Conversion.
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities towards closure.




- Maintain daily/weekly sales MIS and activity reports.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Meet defined activity, meeting, pipeline and business targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Business Development.
- Experience in IT Services or BPO preferred.
- International sales experience, preferably US / Canada / Europe / Middle East.
- Strong cold calling, prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and CXOs.
- Strong target and numbers orientation.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM/MIS and MS Excel.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or relevant qualification preferred.
