Role- Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Purpose To drive sales growth, expand market reach, manage distributor relationships, and ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure effective product distribution.
- Develop new outlets and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Implement company sales strategies, schemes, and trade promotions.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and distributor performance.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market feedback,



and competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills.
- 14 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in General Trade (GT).
- Strong understanding of distributor management, retail sales, and market development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
