We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences/Pharma experience and hands-on functional expertise in Veeva Vault CRM.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective Veeva solutions.

Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and actionable solutions.

Work across key Veeva CRM capabilities including Event Management, Medical Affairs, Alignments, Targeting & Segmentation, MyInsights, Interactions, and MCCP.

Support process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off.

Work with teams on Veeva configuration, workflows, data, security, and integrations.

Manage functional workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies,



backlog management, sprint planning, and reviews.

Support Veeva implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.

6+ years of Business Analysis / Functional Consulting experience.

Strong Life Sciences / Pharma domain knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM and relevant Vault modules.

Robust understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, functional documentation, and UAT.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.

Strong project/workstream Qand communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
