Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business, operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for management review.

- Monitor key hospital performance indicators, including revenue, patient footfall, bed occupancy, average length of stay, and operational efficiency.

- Conduct financial and business analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and HR, to drive business improvement initiatives.

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve productivity and cost optimization.

- Support strategic planning, business expansion, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.

- Prepare management presentations, business review reports, and actionable recommendations for leadership.

- Track project milestones, business targets, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

- Leverage analytical tools to automate reporting and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
