Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with solid expertise in requirement gathering, research, analysis, Jira, and user story writing. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and support successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement research, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
- Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Manage and prioritize requirements and product backlogs using Jira.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams to clarify requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies,



including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, with strong expertise in requirement gathering, research, and analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and user story writing.
- Excellent skills in requirement documentation and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.

Good to Have
- Experience with Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or CRM workflows.
- Exposure to SaaS or product-based environments.
