Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional with strong expertise in SQL, Tableau experimentation, product analytics, and dashboarding. The ideal candidate will leverage data to answer complex business questions, drive product decisions, evaluate experiments, and build scalable analytics solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, statistical thinking, business acumen, and effective communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze large-scale product and business data using advanced SQL techniques.

- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to support product decision-making.

- Perform deep-dive analyses, identify trends, uncover root causes, and generate actionable insights.

- Develop hypotheses, validate assumptions through data, and recommend improvements.

- Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.

- Design and support data pipelines that enable reliable analytics and reporting.

- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define key metrics and success measures.

- Apply statistical concepts such as power analysis, significance testing, confidence intervals, and metric design in experimentation frameworks.

- Leverage ML/AI-based insights where applicable, particularly in video analytics and related use cases.

- Communicate findings, recommendations,



and business impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience handling complex analytical queries and large datasets.

- Solid understanding of product experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with experiment design, metric selection, statistical significance testing, and result interpretation.

- Strong experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices.

- Experience building and supporting analytics data pipelines.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
