Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze life sciences data, including sales, physician, patient, and prescription data, to deliver insights for commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness, and business intelligence projects.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.




- Use Python and Excel/VBA to automate recurring analytical tasks, perform data manipulation, and improve process efficiency.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel to communicate analytical findings and business insights effectively.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business stakeholders, and life sciences domain experts.
- Take ownership of assigned analytical workstreams, ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
- Perform data validation, troubleshoot discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend solutions to improve analytical outputs and reporting processes.
- Contribute to project documentation, process standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present findings and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.

What You Will Bring • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, commercial analytics, or a related field. Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, MBA, MSc, pharmacy, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python and/or Excel VBA. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

• Data Analytics: Experience working with structured datasets, performing data transformations,



conducting exploratory analysis, validating outputs, and identifying meaningful trends and insights.

• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical approaches, and connect data-driven findings to business objectives.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate complex data issues independently.

• Communication: Ability to explain analytical findings, prepare explicit presentations, document processes, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ownership and Execution: Ability to manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision, prioritize competing deliverables, meet deadlines, and proactively flag risks or dependencies.
