Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be capable of translating business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development, testing, project management, and business teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Define project scope, business objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent business analysis tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on software development or IT projects.
- Experience in preparing dashboards, conducting data-driven analysis, and presenting insights.
- Familiarity with project management and software testing processes.
