About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager – Client Servicing with a strong understanding of Performance Marketing to lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth.This is not a traditional client servicing role. The majority of accounts you'll manage are performance marketing-led businesses across industries such as Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation focused brands.You will be expected to understand business objectives, interpret campaign performance, collaborate closely with Performance Marketing teams, challenge strategies where required, and confidently guide clients toward better marketing decisions.If you enjoy combining client management with marketing strategy and data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own strategic relationships with key client accounts and act as their trusted growth partner.
- Understand each client's business model, revenue goals, customer acquisition strategy, and marketing funnel.
- Manage all aspects of client communications, ensuring expectations are understood, addressed, and exceeded.
- Lead end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns by coordinating with Performance Marketing, Creative, SEO, Content, and Design teams.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, creative approvals, and timely delivery of social media initiatives across all managed accounts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement across paid and organic campaigns.
- Prepare and present insightful campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding decision-making and future planning.




- Oversee client budgets with a focus on efficient resource allocation to achieve business goals without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior client servicing team members and drive collaboration across departments.

What We're Looking For :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital strategies, marketing funnels, and key performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A creative mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.

Agency experience is mandatory. Candidates with prior experience managing performance marketing-led accounts will be preferred. Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
