Roles and Responsibilities :

Independently manage bridge design projects from concept to detailed design and construction support.

Lead the design and review of bridge superstructures and substructures.

Design and analyze RCC, PSC, Steel, Composite, Girder, and Segmental bridge systems.

Develop solutions for PSC I-Girders, Steel Girders, Box Girders, T-Beam Bridges, and Balanced Cantilever Structures.

Perform structural, seismic, moving load, and construction stage analyses.

Prepare and review design calculations, reports, and engineering drawings.

Ensure compliance with IRC, IS, MoRTH, and other applicable standards.

Guide and mentor junior engineers to maintain strong design quality and technical excellence.

Collaborate with clients, project teams,



and stakeholders to deliver reliable and well-coordinated engineering solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in bridge design engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro software and ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Solid expertise in bridge superstructure design, including RCC, PSC, Steel, Girder, and Segmental Bridges. Proficiency in MIDAS Civil, STAAD Pro, CSI Bridge, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.

Ability to independently manage bridge design projects and guide a team through proper design practices and deliverables .
