JOB SUMMARY

Prime Propdoc Consultants Private Limited is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead DTCP approval operations, manage team performance, oversee commercial planning and billing, and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective project delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Eligibility: Registered Engineer Grade 1

(Only Tamil Candidates)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Team Leadership: Manage the approvals team, allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- DTCP Approvals: Oversee applications, document verification, submissions, authority follow-ups, revisions, and approval closure.
- Commercial Planning & Billing: Monitor project milestones, billing schedules, invoices, and timely billing.
- Feasibility & Layout Planning: Review survey data, land records, site details, and DTCP-compliant layouts.




- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with DTCP procedures, planning norms, and statutory requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, clients, consultants, surveyors, and internal teams.
- Technical & CAD Review: Review AutoCAD drawings and coordinate layout infrastructure requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain approval trackers, billing records, project reports, and submission documentation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
