· Responsible for overall Branch operations ,Team Handling and profitability of the branch
· Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month
· Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.
· Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
· Conducting different marketing activities
· Gold Appraisal, Interest Collection, Cash Management and accounting and Key handling
