Role Overview A publicly listed NBFC seeks to hire a branch manager/ senior branch manager to lead their branch in North Bangalore branch as an an accountable business unit, delivering revenue and portfolio objectives while maintaining credit quality, liquidity discipline, regulatory compliance, operational control, and a high performing team. The incumbent will also support and lead fundraising initiatives through non convertible debentures and secured financing or borrowings, in coordination with senior management and relevant advisers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the branch business plan, including sourcing, sanctions, disbursements, income, operating costs, collections, portfolio quality, and profitability.

- Provide end to end oversight of sales and credit operations, ensuring growth is supported by prudent underwriting, complete documentation, and policy adherence.

- Develop and execute fundraising opportunities through NCDs, secured term loans, working capital lines, and other approved borrowing structures.

- Build productive relationships with customers, lenders, investors, trustees, rating agencies, intermediaries, auditors, legal advisers, and internal stakeholders.

- Lead, coach, and review a branch team of approximately 10 employees; establish clear targets, accountability, and succession readiness.

- Deliver accurate and timely MIS, forecasts, portfolio reviews, exception reports, and management updates.

- Business Growth: Quality sourcing, sanctions, disbursements, revenue, yield or spread, conversion, and product or channel mix.

Key Performance Indicators

- Fund Raising: NCD and secured borrowing pipeline, funds raised, cost and tenor, execution timelines, lender diversification, and covenant compliance.

- Profitability: Branch P&L;, net interest contribution, fee income, operating expense control, and productivity.

- Portfolio Quality: Early delinquency, bounce rate,



overdue movement, GNPA or NNPA indicators, credit losses, recoveries, and concentration risk.

- Collections: Current collection efficiency, bucket-wise collections, roll-back or cure, recoveries, and action-plan completion.

- Operations and Risk: Turnaround time, documentation quality, pending conditions, exceptions, complaints, fraud prevention, and control adherence.

- Compliance and Audit: Timely submissions, audit outcomes, observation closure, repeat findings, and regulatory or policy compliance.

- People Leadership: Target achievement, team productivity, capability development, attrition, engagement, and conduct.

- Reporting: Accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and usefulness of MIS, forecasts, and management reviews.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or PGDM is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in an NBFC, bank, housing finance company, fintech lender, or comparable financial-services environment.

- Demonstrated experience in branch or business-unit management, business sourcing, credit operations, collections, and team leadership.

- Strong practical exposure to fundraising through NCDs and secured financing or borrowings, including transaction execution and ongoing lender or investor servicing.

- Working knowledge of secured lending, preferably Loan Against Property, MSME or business loans, collateral assessment, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.

- Sound understanding of NBFC operations, KYC and AML, credit governance, audit controls, customer protection, and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, loan or customer systems, and management reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
