We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to improve performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in team management, business development, and operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
