SITCON INFRA PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Billing & Planning Engineer to independently manage client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, project planning, and commercial documentation for construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and submit client RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
- Verify BOQ quantities, site measurements, drawings, and executed quantities before billing.
- Prepare Measurement Books (MB), quantity reconciliation statements, and bill abstracts.
- Handle rate analysis, extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements, work progress, and supporting documents.
- Prepare project-wise billing forecasts, work schedules, and monthly progress reports.
- Track submitted bills, certified amounts, deductions, retention, and pending payments.
- Identify unbilled executed work and ensure timely billing of eligible quantities.
- Maintain records of BOQs,



drawings, work orders, approvals, and billing documents.
- Monitor project costs and report billing shortfalls to management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in construction billing and planning.
- Solid practical knowledge of RA Bills, BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel and construction billing documentation.
- Ability to independently prepare accurate bills with minimum supervision.
- Strong ownership, time management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Experience in school, institutional, commercial, or industrial construction projects preferred.
