About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in Python to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, particularly in building scalable and maintainable applications. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing microservices architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and implement modern web applications leveraging Angular for responsive and user-friendly experiences.
- Architect, develop, and deploy microservices-based solutions to improve system scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Utilize DevOps practices to automate build, deployment,



monitoring, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, QA teams, and Developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
- Design and develop cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical mentoring, and solution design activities.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and development automation practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
- Strong expertise in Python application development and backend architecture.
- Experience building enterprise-grade APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Angular development.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed computing principles.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration patterns.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience implementing scalable, highly available, and secure backend solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices.




- Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization tools.
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud-native and web applications.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML workloads or data-intensive applications.
