About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for enterprise applications within regulated environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in automation framework development, API testing, continuous testing, quality engineering, and compliance-focused validation practices. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing scalable automation strategies, ensuring software quality through robust testing frameworks, supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, and driving continuous quality improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Automate business-critical workflows and validation processes to improve quality and delivery efficiency.
- Develop and execute automated API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.




- Implement continuous testing practices across CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Generate and maintain automated validation evidence and compliance documentation.
- Validate audit trails, access controls, security configurations, and electronic signature workflows.
- Execute risk-based testing strategies aligned with quality and compliance requirements.
- Integrate automation suites into DevOps pipelines and software delivery workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure testing objectives are achieved.
- Analyze test execution results and identify defects, bottlenecks, and quality risks.
- Perform root cause analysis and support remediation activities.
- Maintain reusable automation libraries, utilities, test frameworks, and quality dashboards.
- Support release validation, deployment readiness assessments, and production verification activities.
- Contribute to test strategy development, test planning, and quality governance initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews and promote automation best practices across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality engineering and test automation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in Test Automation, QA Automation, and Quality Engineering.
- Robust expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and automation framework design.
- Hands-on experience in API automation using Postman, Rest Assured, and Karate Framework.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience developing and maintaining functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation suites.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and automation testing best practices.
- Experience implementing risk-based testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database validation, and test data management practices.
- Experience integrating automated testing into DevOps and continuous delivery environments.




- Understanding of validation and compliance processes within regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV), Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and GxP environments.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, audit trails, electronic signatures, and compliance controls.
- Experience with continuous testing, quality gates, and release validation practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized testing environments.
- Understanding of performance testing concepts, load testing methodologies, and BDD frameworks.
- Strong analytical, debugging, defect triage, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation excellence within teams.
