We’re expanding our team in Bengaluru and looking for a driven Associate II – Publishing & Submission to help shape seamless regulatory operations worldwide.

The Role

Dossier & Document Publishing: Author, publish, and manage end-to-end technical regulatory documentation formatted to strict agency standards.

Lifecycle Ownership: Drive key lifecycle milestones, including new registrations, variations, renewals, and ongoing submissions.

Tech-Driven Compliance: Work hands-on with RIMS, Document Management Systems, and eCTD tools while adhering to global SOPs and guidelines.

Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet high-stakes submission deadlines, support audits, and optimize system implementations.

What You Bring

5-6 years of core experience across Document-Level & Submission-Level Publishing, eCTD, and Lifecycle Management.





He has very good knowledge of US FDA submissions and he has good work experience of working on Rolling submissions which is important for several IND submissions. He has good knowledge of Data Sets and .xpt files which are unique and critical for US submissions

Practical exposure to enterprise platforms like Veeva Vault, CARA, or D2.

Solid grounding in regulatory standards across pharma, biologics, and medical devices.

Explicit, confident communication style with the autonomy to manage end-to-end tasks.

RAC Certification
