Junior Learning Technologist Course Build

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Learning Technologist Course Build to support the creation and publishing of high-quality online learning content. The ideal candidate should have experience with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online course publishing while ensuring quality, accessibility, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and publish online courses using LMS and eLearning authoring tools.
- Understand and implement storyboards to create engaging digital learning experiences.
- Upload, organize, and manage course content, including text, images, videos, and other media assets.
- Collaborate with Learning Designers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning content.
- Manage course setup, duplication, permissions, and course launches within LMS platforms.
- Perform quality assurance checks before course publication.
- Ensure courses meet accessibility and content quality standards.
- Troubleshoot course build and publishing issues.
- Maintain course documentation and manage multiple projects within timelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise 360.




- Strong understanding of Storyboarding and course development.
- Experience with Moodle, Blackboard, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of eLearning content publishing and course building.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with online learning platforms.
- Basic image and video editing knowledge.
- Understanding of Markdown.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital learning content.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.

Experience

- 25 years of experience in eLearning, Learning Technology, LMS Administration, or Course Building.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
