Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented, experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of complex architectural solutions across multiple projects. This individual will lead project teams, collaborate with clients and other stakeholders, and ensure the architectural integrity of each project is maintained throughout the design and construction phases.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning & Design

- Develop, review, and finalize architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals based on client requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, applicable standards, building regulations, and approval requirements.

1. Drawing & Documentation

- Review and approve architectural drawings before submission or execution.
- Coordinate the preparation of working drawings, detailed drawings, and other design documentation.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, properly coordinated, and issued within the specified timelines.

1. Team Coordination & Supervision

- Guide and supervise Architects, Junior Architects, Draftsmen, and Interns.
- Allocate design and drawing tasks according to project priorities and team capabilities.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and the quality of deliverables.

1. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Site teams.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues arising during project execution.
- Maintain effective communication between the design office and site teams.

1. Client Coordination





- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Present design proposals, drawings, and revisions to clients.
- Review client feedback and ensure approved changes are incorporated into the design.

1. Site Coordination & Visits

- Conduct site visits as required to review project progress and site conditions.
- Verify site measurements and conditions against approved drawings.
- Provide architectural clarifications and technical guidance to the site team.

1. Quality Control

- Review architectural drawings and designs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and resolve design errors, coordination clashes, and discrepancies before execution.
- Ensure architectural deliverables meet the company's quality standards and project requirements.

1. Project Monitoring

- Monitor the progress of architectural design works and project deliverables.
- Ensure drawings, revisions, and design submissions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Follow up on pending approvals, client feedback, revisions, and design decisions.
- Identify potential delays and take appropriate corrective action.

1. Design Development

- Develop and review 2D drawings, 3D concepts, elevations, sections, and presentation materials as required.
- Review architectural materials, finishes,



and construction details.
- Guide the team in developing practical, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and cost-effective design solutions.

1. Approval & Authority Coordination

- Coordinate the preparation of drawings and documents required for statutory and local authority approvals.
- Follow up on approval requirements and coordinate necessary modifications to architectural documents.

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain project-wise design records, drawing revisions, and approval documentation.
- Prepare and review design progress reports and project updates.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and version control of drawings and project records.

1. Leadership & Accountability

- Take responsibility for the overall architectural quality and timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Report major project issues, delays, risks, and critical design decisions to management.
- Ensure team members follow company procedures, project priorities, and established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design team, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of architectural work, coordinating with clients and other project departments, and providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
