Senior Architect

- Experience: 4-6 years

- Relevant Experience: Industrial Projects

- Qualification: B.Arch.

Job Summary:

Lead architectural design development, drawing preparation, and consultant coordination to ensure quality deliverables within project timelines and approved design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare feasibility reports, area statements, and schematic design concepts.

- Prepare client presentations and architectural/interior design briefs.

- Develop and review statutory, tender, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants; review integrated services drawings.

- Review BOQs, tender documents, and material specifications.

- Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, respond to RFIs, and review shop drawings.





- Monitor design changes and highlight their impact on project costs.

- Coordinate with Architects and Architectural Assistants to ensure timely delivery of drawings.

Required Skills:

- Robust architectural design and drawing documentation skills.

- Knowledge of statutory approvals, tender drawings, and GFC drawings.

- Experience in consultant coordination and construction administration.

- Good communication, planning, and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
