Senior Architect / Designer MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This position is strictly for qualified Architects.

- B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture is MANDATORY.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience is MANDATORY.
- Candidates without a B.Arch degree will NOT be considered.
- Only Architects should apply. Interior Designers, Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Draughtsmen, or candidates from other design/construction backgrounds should NOT apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools is required.

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Architect / Designer with 3–4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for owning design delivery from the initial site visit and schematic design through to the final drawing set. You will lead a design team, coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and structural engineers, and ensure projects are delivered within planned timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Delivery

- Conduct site visits and understand project and site requirements.
- Prepare schematic floor plans and elevation concepts.
- Prepare BOQs and specifications based on client requirements.
- Attend contractor meetings and address design-related points.
- Review and release final drawing sets.

Team Leadership
- Brief clients on design requirements and secure approvals at each stage.
- Delegate tasks to the design team and manage rescheduling.
- Review work before release.
- Train and mentor team members and provide regular feedback.

Project Management & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, clients and contractors.
- Resolve design queries on site.
- Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections.
- Track project timelines against the project bar chart.




- Ensure stage-wise delivery within agreed timelines.
- Present monthly and quarterly progress reviews to management.

Structural Coordination
- Coordinate with structural engineers and the project team.
- Identify and resolve architectural–structural conflicts.
- Address technical queries from clients and the design team.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for coordination.

Performance Measures
- Design stages completed per month.
- Adherence to project timelines and bar charts.
- Stage-wise delivery and quality checks.
- Regular review and coordination with the design team and Team Lead.

What We Are Looking ForMandatory Qualification & Experience

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination – MANDATORY
- Experience in leading or coordinating a design team.
- Solid knowledge of architectural planning, detailing and design principles.
- Knowledge of BOQs, specifications and construction materials.
- Understanding of architectural project stages and approval processes.
- Basic understanding of structural systems and architectural–structural coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
