Job Summary madane DESIGN workshop LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Architect to join our Mumbai Design Studio. The ideal candidate should have strong design thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in managing architectural projects from concept development through execution.

The candidate will be responsible for design development, technical documentation, coordination, detailing, and ensuring smooth execution of projects in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to execution.
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, presentations, and design development packages.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Develop detailed drawings and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable statutory requirements and local development regulations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project coordination meetings.
- Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong experience in residential and commercial architecture, preferably in Mumbai.
- Good working knowledge of Mumbai DCPR/DCR and applicable statutory norms.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and material applications.
- Proficiency in relevant design, 3D visualization, presentation, and documentation software.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project stages and work effectively with consultants and project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into technically sound and executable solutions.
- Ability to take projects from concept through execution.
