Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration, Plant Maintenance, application support, and SAP module integrations. The candidate will support asset maintenance processes, resolve production issues, and implement SAP EAM/IAM solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EAM/IAM production issues.
- Gather business requirements and configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions.
- Support enterprise asset management and plant maintenance processes.
- Manage integrations between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and modules such as MM, FI, and CO.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to implement enhancements.
- Prepare and execute system testing and validate solutions.
- Coordinate deployments to production environments.




- Provide user support, training, and guidance to junior team members.
- Follow ITIL-based support practices and Agile delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills
- SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Hands-on SAP EAM configuration and application support.
- SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration with MM, FI, CO, or related SAP modules.
- Experience in SAP EAM implementation or application operations support.
- Familiarity with SAP Asset Manager and SAP Work Manager.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Utopia EAM extensions.
- ABAP code analysis, SAP Security, or automation.
- ITIL and Agile methodology.
- Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry experience.
- SAP S/4HANA upgrades, add-on installations, and HANA scale-out environments.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant SAP experience.
- B.E. qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Willingness to work from Hebbal, Bangalore.
- Comfortable with either of the specified shifts.
- Notice period of 15 days or less.
