We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning and execution of residential, institutional and heritage-sensitive projects. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, architectural design skills and experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural projects from concept design through site execution.

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, design proposals and 3D visualizations.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors.

- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and National Building Code standards.

- Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to approved architectural designs.

- Manage project timelines, design documentation and technical coordination.

- Guide junior architects and review architectural drawings.

- Coordinate with clients,



stakeholders and government authorities.

- Support statutory approvals and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- Valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration.

- Minimum 7 years of architectural design and project execution experience.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and visualization software.

- Experience in residential, institutional or heritage-sensitive projects preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, building codes and materials.

- Strong design, leadership, coordination and communication skills.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
