Total Experience Associate: 1.6–4 years

Senior Analyst: 4.5–6 years

Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience in Facets/QNXT – US Healthcare

Candidate Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Coimbatore preferred

Skills – Facets/QNXT, US Healthcare

Candidate Industry: BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services with relevant US Healthcare experience

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only

Education and Certification

Qualification: Any Graduate – Mandatory

Specific Remarks: Candidates must have relevant hands-on Facets/QNXT experience in the US Healthcare domain.

Detailed Work on Facets-based US Healthcare operations supporting healthcare payer/insurance processes.

Handle day-to-day healthcare transactions and operational activities using the Facets platform.

Apply knowledge of US Healthcare processes, terminology, payer operations, and business workflows.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned transactions/cases as per defined SLAs and quality standards.

Identify and resolve process/system-related issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Maintain process accuracy, productivity, and quality while adhering to business and compliance requirements.





Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and process-related clarifications.

Work on QNXT-based US Healthcare operations supporting healthcare payer/insurance processes.

Perform assigned operational activities using the QNXT platform.

Apply knowledge of US Healthcare processes, payer operations, healthcare terminology, and relevant workflows.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions/cases in accordance with defined SLAs and quality standards.

Investigate operational discrepancies and system/process issues and escalate complex matters when required.

Maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution and process clarification.

Work effectively in US shifts and demonstrate flexibility based on business requirements.
