Role Purpose The Senior Advocate / Legal Manager will be responsible for handling the Company’s legal matters relating to lending, documentation, recovery, litigation, property, contracts and regulatory requirements.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in NBFC legal operations and good knowledge of LAP, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans and other secured / unsecured lending products.

Ideal Candidate A strong, hands-on legal professional who can independently manage loan documentation, legal policies, property matters, recovery, litigation and contracts while supporting the Company’s lending and risk functions.

Experience

- NBFC experience is mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant NBFC legal experience is preferred.
- Strong exposure to lending, recovery, property, documentation and litigation is required.
- Corporate Office / Head Office legal experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and standardise loan agreements, sanction documents, guarantees, declarations and security documents.
- Review and support legal policies and SOPs across all lending products.
- Handle legal matters relating to LAP, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans and Vehicle Loans.
- Review property title documents, legal opinions, mortgage / MODT documentation and security creation.
- Support recovery, collections, demand notices, SARFAESI matters, arbitration and litigation.




- Handle gold loan auction-related legal documentation and notices.
- Draft and review contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements and other commercial documents.
- Manage legal notices, customer disputes, court cases and advocate coordination.
- Liaise with external advocates, law firms, valuers, title lawyers and other legal service providers.
- Support Credit, Risk, Collections, Compliance and Business teams on legal matters.
- Track litigation, recovery cases and legal observations through closure.
- Assist in internal / external audits and regulatory inspections on legal matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting NBFC lending and update policies / documents accordingly.
- Maintain legal MIS, case trackers, agreements and documentation records.

Qualification
- LLB is mandatory.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
