Hiring for an edtech company for Admission Counsellor Role

Designation - Sr Admission Counsellor

Excellent communication skill required

Exp Required - 2 year Minimum

Location - Bangalore Kormangla

Telugu or Kanadda anyone language is preferred

Age - up-to 35

Fixed CTC - Up-to 7.5 lpa Fixed + Uncapped variable

Shift timings - 10.30-7.30 P.m

6 Days working

Sunday off

2 Rounds interview

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell education programs to prospective learners.

Engage with leads, explain program features, and close enrollments.

Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

2 Years experience in selling Academic programs (EdTech/sales background preferred).

Solid communication and convincing skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.
